Administrative Support Specialist

As a key member of our team at DiPasquale Moore, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in our St. Louis office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on the status of their cases.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients daily
- Manage a high-volume caseload of 200+ cases
- Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types
- Prepare demands
- Review medical records
- Draft correspondence
- Consistently review entire caseload from start to finish
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
