Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Service BDC team at Allen Chevrolet Cadillac.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

This role involves scheduling service appointments, handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing customer interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assisting Business Development Managers and Agents with customer-focused tasks
  • Managing organizational tasks within various computer systems
  • Assisting customers with online chat needs
