Territory Sales Lead

Job Summary:
OSL Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and exceed sales targets in multiple locations
- Optimize time management to maximize profitability
- Master our sales process and smash sales targets
- Embrace a collaborative approach and a fervor for sales
- Connect with others, including customers and team members
- Stay current with product knowledge to recommend effective solutions to customers
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience
- Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
