Job Summary:

OSL Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and exceed sales targets in multiple locations
  • Optimize time management to maximize profitability
  • Master our sales process and smash sales targets
  • Embrace a collaborative approach and a fervor for sales
  • Connect with others, including customers and team members
  • Stay current with product knowledge to recommend effective solutions to customers

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
