Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at Cornerstone Recruiting. As an Architect, you will be responsible for driving innovation and first principles mindset, executing projects, and promoting collaboration between all project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field measurement and drafting
  • Model making and design drawings
  • Construction documentation and project coordination
  • Construction observation and project execution
  • First principles mindset and project quality
  • Designing and producing construction documents
  • Obtaining building permits and complete construction documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 8+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Licensed Architect
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience with different project delivery methods
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple teams
  • Detail-oriented and autonomous
  • Innovative and adaptable
