- Weekends and Over-Time Pending Production Needs
Pay:
- 1st: $17/hr
- 2nd: $18/hr ($17.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift premium)
- 3rd: $19.00/hr ($17.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift premium)
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Paycard
- Over-Time After 40 hrs/week (1.5x)

Job Summary:
As a Forging Machine Operator specializing in axle production, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining forging machines that shape and produce high-quality axles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
Responsibilities:
* Machine Operation: Set up and operate forging machines to produce axles, ensuring accurate temperature, pressure, and alignment for each operation.
* Quality Control: Inspect finished axles to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and specifications, using measuring instruments and gauges as needed.
* Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on forging machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
* Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor the forging process, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality control purposes.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Understanding that Safety and Quality are our first priority
* Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
* Comfort working in loud, dusty environments
* Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude
* Must submit to background check and urine drug screening
* Must own a pair of Steel Toes
* Required to wear company provided PPE: Helmet, Mask, Ear Plugs, Safety Glasses
