POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a results-oriented Content Strategist to spearhead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive B2B content marketing strategies. This role demands a robust understanding of content marketing best practices and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and shifts in the content marketing landscape. You will be responsible for producing a variety of content initiatives, including social media posts, graphics, and both short and long-form writing, as well as email marketing campaigns while applying SEO best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage a holistic content strategy that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather insights into target demographics and industry trends.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms.
  • Facilitate collaboration with team members to create integrated content.
  • Oversee design-related projects, including the creation of graphics and marketing materials.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and reach.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess content performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the execution of deliverables, including client communications, social media publishing, and website updates.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for social media and website analytics to evaluate performance and inform strategy adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in content marketing management, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and executing effective content strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, storytelling techniques, and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in SEO and content optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with content marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Hootsuite, HubSpot, FranConnect, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience leading collaborative projects.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, providing direct feedback and strategic guidance is preferred.
