Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the retrieval of medical records, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Efficiently locate and recover misplaced films.
  • Accurately display requested films on light boards for radiologist review.
  • Organize all displayed films and coordinate necessary documentation for radiological assessments.
  • Ensure the availability of all required comparison films and relevant reports.
