Commission-Based Sales Agents

We are seeking experienced commission-based sales agents to join our team at JAMES H THEUS III. As a commission-based sales agent, you will be responsible for processing applications for High Speed Home Internet, Wi-Fi, and Cellular Phone services, while also recruiting and mentoring new agents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. A high earning potential is available for successful candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new agents
- Training and mentoring agents to ensure they meet sales targets
- Processing applications for High Speed Home Internet, Wi-Fi, and Cellular Phone services
A strong understanding of the telecommunications industry is desirable, as is experience with sales and recruitment in a similar field. The successful candidate will be required to have an operating wireless device, preferably an iPad, tablet, or laptop, although an up-to-date smartphone will be acceptable.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on performance.
