McIntosh Box & Pallet Co Inc is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up, operate, and monitor various machines to process lumber.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to ensure quality specifications.
  • Process lumber on a variety of equipment, including set up and operation.
  • Move materials around the floor and stack lumber from machine outfeeds.
  • Operate machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Work safely and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Read tape measures, perform basic math, and have computer skills.
  • Lift, push, and/or pull 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.
  • Preferred experience with lumber processing equipment and forklift operation.
  • Sawmill experience is a plus.

**Compensation:** $18 per hour.
