Customer Service Representative

Amerock Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Range:
$21.68
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
