Customer Service Representative

LIVunLtd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the Fitness Equipment/Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer success standards are met, and providing timely support to customers, technicians, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web requests from customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Monitor and update customer information in our CRM system, NetSuite.
- Follow customer success standards to minimize handoffs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Validate and update customer information in NetSuite CRM system.
- Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled service calls when needed.
- Input new customers into NetSuite CRM system.
- Maintain and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports on a daily basis.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player mentality and detail-oriented.
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience with NetSuite CRM system preferred but not required.
