About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead the daily operations of our Support Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum profitability and alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both operational and sales activities to ensure effective execution of franchise sales and minimize account attrition.
  • Develop long-term strategies for the region, manage performance standards, and work closely with the executive team to ensure all objectives are met.
  • Regularly interact with franchise owners and staff to foster growth and operational excellence.
  • Travel for various meetings and trainings to support franchise operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • College degree or proven professional track record in a related field.
  • Experience in business planning, P&L management, or service industries (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and adherence to core company values.
  • Proven ability to communicate and implement company initiatives.
  • Experience working in franchising or janitorial services is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, trainings, and to support franchise operations.
