Job Summary

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide intensive support and assistance to families until a strong formal and informal support network can be developed and built around the child and family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and specific therapies to address trauma and substance abuse, if needed.
  • Meet with youth and families around their schedule to provide flexible and non-traditional support.
  • Attend three weekly meetings for professional development to enhance clinical skills.
  • Provide after-hours support to youth and families through on-call duties.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social services field, including social work, drug and alcohol education or counseling, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in a volunteer, internship, or paid position, with clinical experience preferred.
  • Willingness to maintain an untraditional schedule and strong writing skills with experience in electronic documentation.
