Executive Culinary Team Member

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team at Sunda New Asian, responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our kitchens. This involves supervising other kitchen staff, identifying and resolving problems, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
We pride ourselves on taking classic dishes from Southeast Asia and modernizing them with upgraded ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation. Our owner's lifetime of culinary and culturally immersed travel has inspired a unique fusion of intermingling cultures found on the Sunda Shelf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation in our kitchens
- Supervise other kitchen staff and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Identify and resolve problems in the kitchen
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
