Culinary Team Member

Responsibilities:
* Maintain food cost goals by monitoring station par levels, food rotation, and waste management.
* Adhere to recipe and food presentation specifications, and maintain portion control.
* Work efficiently with a constant sense of urgency and maintain a clean, professional image.
* Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment.
* Assist other team members as needed and adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a line cook in a systems-based, full-service, high-volume kitchen.
* ANSI-accredited Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or SERV Safe Food Handler Certification.
* Culinary school graduate degree preferred but not required.
