Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capital expenditure plans that align with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
