Territory Manager, Structural Heart, TAVI Specialist

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our Structural Heart TAVI division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and clinical objectives in assigned territories, working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Clinical Sales Specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer-focused sales and clinical strategies to support customer TAVI program goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
- Coordinate daily territory activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and Regional Clinical Lead Specialists.
- Develop actionable sales and account plans utilizing clinical, sales, and data analytics to differentiate our products and services.
- Utilize SFDC program and additional sales tools to manage the sales process.
- Provide in-service training and onsite support for proper use of our products.
- Maintain clinical expertise through company product training sessions and attend team meetings, trade shows, and educational conferences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years related clinical and/or sales work experience required.
- Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of severe aortic stenosis disease state.
- Strong clinical acumen, proven sales performance, organization, communication, and process skillsets.
- TAVI industry sales experience.
- CT/TTE/TEE/Angiography imaging experience.
