- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Alcohol Awareness: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of alcohol awareness and responsible serving practices, ensuring that all guests are served in a safe and responsible manner.
- Food Safety: Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all company standards and regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or issues to management promptly.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages, possess knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and coworkers.
