Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Sales Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support sales floor activities, including replenishing product on shelves, maintaining pricing and signing, and demonstrating products to customers.
  • Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain accurate pricing and signing.
  • Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock merchandise as required.
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
