Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with visual merchandising and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and sweeping the floor.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
