Rehabilitation Therapist

Key Responsibilities:- Under supervision, provide rehabilitation therapy services to members served, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and member-centered approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide education and support to members served and their families, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama, or Art Therapy, Vocational Counseling, or a related field.
