Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas Division is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Director to lead our sales strategy and customer service efforts. This role can be based in any Eaton location or be a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the activities of the Services National Accounts team to achieve order, sales, profit, and growth goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, initiatives, and programs in key verticals - Hyperscale, MTDC, C&I, and Utility.
- Partner with other Eaton sales verticals to ensure customer needs and growth objectives are met.
- Collaborate with Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) marketing and operations teams to define key processes around VOC, quote to cash flow, and operational excellence.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience within the electrical industry.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management positions.
- Strong management of people skills, talent selection, and recruitment skills.
- Ability to develop and execute specific customer strategies.
- Ability to provide developing opportunities for employees.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player that actively contributes to the group's success.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload.
Eaton recognizes this role as a critical position within the corporation and will create a compelling package consisting of a base salary, employee incentive compensation, and complete benefits.
This position can be based in any Eaton location or be a fully remote position.
