About the Role

Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas Division is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Director to lead our sales strategy and customer service efforts. This role can be based in any Eaton location or be a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the activities of the Services National Accounts team to achieve order, sales, profit, and growth goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, initiatives, and programs in key verticals - Hyperscale, MTDC, C&I, and Utility.
  • Partner with other Eaton sales verticals to ensure customer needs and growth objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) marketing and operations teams to define key processes around VOC, quote to cash flow, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience within the electrical industry.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management positions.
  • Strong management of people skills, talent selection, and recruitment skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute specific customer strategies.
  • Ability to provide developing opportunities for employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player that actively contributes to the group's success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload.
