We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our North Houston location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Display expert product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations to customers.
- Store Operations
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, marketing, and customer service.
- Manage the daily operations of the store, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Leadership
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
- Ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Social Media
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.
- Manage the store's social media presence and ensure that it is consistent with the company's brand.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or service-related industry.
- Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
