Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INNIO LLC. As a key member of our Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class support to end-customers, key account partners, and distributors in all technical aspects related to INNIO Jenbacher's product portfolio.
  • Deliver excellent 1st to 3rd level trouble-shooting support, including fostering customer networks through regular service events and data analysis via remote monitoring systems.
  • Work independently on commissioning, start-up, minor maintenance, and trouble-shooting of INNIO Jenbacher gas engines and supplied packaged accessories.
  • Collaborate with distributors and customers to evaluate site conformity, completion, and accuracy.
  • Drive open items to conclusion within identified timelines and work with field technicians, service partners, and customers to identify and track critical quality issues.
Qualification Requirements
  • Strong customer service mindset and skills to drive, support, empower, and inspire service teams and customers.
  • +7 years of experience in a technical role or extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within field service on INNIO Jenbacher engines.
  • Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen, including basic IT skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region (~up to 40%) and work in a shift model (depending) and on call.
  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or local equivalent.
  • Strong English language skills verbally and written, as well as strong communication skills experienced in customer communications.
  • Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player.
  • Able to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Desired Qualifications
  • Multi-year working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.
  • Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6.
  • Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposure.
