Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at Quad, a global marketing experience company.

As a Digital Content Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our company's products and services.

You'll create content, build email campaigns, execute digital media campaigns, and analyze data to improve our digital marketing performance.

Additionally, you'll provide quality control for digitized material and track statistics.

This role is on-site in our office in Bentonville, AR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects with the team to create content
  • Develop a keen understanding of how best to use digital and social channels, search engines, and paid searches
  • Take initiative and embrace challenges
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Make complex subjects easily understood through words and visuals
  • Proven strategic planning and project management skills
  • Collaborate and partner effectively across business teams
  • Experience in executive communications
  • Demonstrate discipline and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick study, eager to learn, and obsessively curious

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area
  • Quick learner with an obsessive curiosity, eager to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development and content management tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) desired
