Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President, Global Supply Chain, the Distribution Manager, Northeast is responsible for managing the daily operations of the distribution site and drive operational improvement to achieve improved efficiencies and performance. This individual partners and collaborates to achieve continuous improvement opportunities and trains, develops and supports team members in operational priorities, initiatives and safety. The ideal candidate will focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

- Implements people, processes, and overall operations strategy in alignment with company objectives.

- Evaluates and recommends key investments needed in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
- Executes facility planning and site alignment to ensure safe operations; ensures operational activities meet all applicable domestic and international regulations and requirements.
- Prepares for and represents the company at audits conducted by customers and third parties as required.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
Language Ability:
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public. Working knowledge of/Fluency in the English language (spoken and written).
Mathematical Ability:
