About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Director to lead our finance department. This is an exceptional opportunity to own and oversee all aspects of accounting responsibilities, from strategic analysis to day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record of managing both high-level and operational accounting responsibilities. Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, sales tax compliance, and general ledger activities.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advise on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
  • Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.
  • Review balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across departmental functions to drive optimal business performance and results.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, and a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is preferred.

What We Offer
