About the Role:
The Front Office Supervisor Lead will play a key role in leading and guiding the front office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Manage guest interactions, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including staffing, inventory, and maintenance
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in hotel front desk management or a related field
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
