We are seeking an HVAC Strategic Account Executive to enhance our company's market performance in the United States, with a specific focus on the energy recovery wheel and fan product lines.

Your role will encompass driving sales growth in critical sectors including B2B, industrial, construction, and OEM markets.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on HVAC offerings.
  • Market Expansion: Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Forecasting: Creating precise sales forecasts and delivering performance reports.
  • Product Expertise: Showcasing in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and providing technical assistance to the sales team.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and market success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and related products, with a preference for experience in fan technologies.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the HVAC sector.
  • Digital/IT Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
