Job Overview

Hubbard Family Swim School is a family-owned and operated year-round indoor swim school that provides swim lessons to build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for students in the water
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff members
  • Report to the Deck Supervisor and Site Supervisor during shifts
  • Provide support throughout the pool deck as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
  • Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small children up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
  • Willingness to go underwater
