We are seeking an experienced Manager, Finance Marketing to bridge the worlds of finance and marketing, driving strategic initiatives to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI.

Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000 (inclusive of annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Financial Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights into ROI and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for marketing spend and revenue impact.
  • Lead Marketing Attribution Efforts: Determine the contribution of different channels and campaigns to overall revenue generation.
  • Develop Advanced Attribution Models: Accurately measure the impact of marketing activities on key financial metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Drive partnerships with Marketing and Product teams to align on business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Understanding: Of financial principles and concepts, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency: In statistical analysis and data visualization tools, with experience in SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity: With marketing attribution models and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: With the ability to convey complex concepts to both finance and marketing stakeholders.
  • Proven Track Record: Of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: In a finance-focused marketing role, preferably B2C or two-sided market place company.
  • Knowledge: Of marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience: With A/B testing methodologies and experiment design.
