Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Amcor plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing lean principles to enhance our manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement lean principles and methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and efficiency issues.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or industrial technology.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
