$24.30 - $25.85 per hour, depending on experience and degree status.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our residential team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention programs, providing support and guidance to students, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention programs, including positive reinforcement strategies, breaks, time-outs, and other evidence-based interventions
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, including therapists, teachers, and other specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collect and record data on student behavior, tracking progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior intervention and autism support

Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, human services)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and/or severe behavioral challenges
- Safety Care, CPR, and First Aid certifications (training provided if necessary)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass CORI background check
