Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at New Pond Village. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents within a warm and comfortable environment.

Job Summary

This is a full-time/part-time opportunity for a CNA to provide care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will have a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and previous experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
Requirements
  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
