Autism Therapist Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Helps, LLC. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated BCBA to lead our team of Behavioral Therapists. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and support to our staff. Your expertise and guidance will play a critical role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Therapists to ensure they have the skills and support needed to provide exceptional care
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors and school personnel, to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Board Certification (BCBA)
- Licensure in Massachusetts (LABA)
