They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with hotel operations leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with hotel operations leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, general managers, and other sales leaders
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with a strong focus on leadership and revenue growth
