Job Summary

The Regional Vice President of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving the development and implementation of sales strategies across multiple hotels and regions. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, sales and marketing principles, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team development. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with hotel operations leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with hotel operations leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, general managers, and other sales leaders
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with a strong focus on leadership and revenue growth
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
