Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with hotel operations leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, general managers, and other sales leaders
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with a strong focus on leadership and revenue growth
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
