Job Description

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining key customer relationships. You will identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product and service delivery, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a route sales or account management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales software and systems, such as CRM tools.
What We Offer

Aramark offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
