We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our Clinical Team at Swank Early Skills Development LLC, a locally-owned, BCBA-owned small business dedicated to providing quality and effective ABA Intervention to children and families in Lancaster County.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct client services, maintaining a caseload of 90-100 direct client hours per month
- Collaborate with peers and managers to deliver high-quality clinical services
- Participate in ongoing clinical exposure and training, aligned with our core values of Quality ABA Services and Lifelong Learning
- PA Behavior Specialist License and BACB Certification as a Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Current 'clean' background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
- Availability to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County
- Availability to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Competitive salary range $70,000-$86,000 depending on training and experience
- Paid Time Off accrual based; 15 days first year, 20 days second year
- Mileage Reimbursement at IRS per mile rate (between non-virtual clients)
- 10 paid holidays annually (9 company holidays and 1 floating holiday)
- Performance Evaluation Bonuses and Raises
- Intermittent Retention Bonuses
- Informal Profit-Sharing
