At CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. As a Behavior Analyst / BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in Lancaster County, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
  • Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools to promote positive behavioral change and support.
  • Train Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) on evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Build and maintain a caseload of clients, with cases typically authorized 2-3 hours per week based on medical necessity.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification with active PA Behavior Specialist License.
  • Clearances current within 12 months, including PA Child Abuse (Act 151), PA Criminal (Act 34), FBI Department of Human Service background clearance, and TB screening.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
