Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
