Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at 223 Aurora Medical Group, Inc. in Oconomowoc - Imaging Services. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, communicating with patients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic to advanced radiologic procedures, including general diagnostic, general fluoroscopy, and c-arm procedures.
  • Communicate with patients to explain procedures, obtain clinical history, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Position patients and select exposure factors for various radiologic examinations.
  • Identify patient and label images, compare requisitions to physician's orders, and process images to ensure quality.
  • Assist and communicate with physicians, work independently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform patient positioning and transporting duties, which require lifting and pushing/pulling.
Requirements
  • Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
  • Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
