We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our Electronic Warfare program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing internal and external program activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the project from start to finish, working closely with customers and engineering teams to develop technical solutions.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including customers and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on electronic warfare or related fields.
- CAPM or PMP certification a plus.
- Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to successful project completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $225,000 USD.
