We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and processing high volume accounts payable data entry, applying your expertise in GL coding to various business segments, and regularly auditing financial data for discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process high volume accounts payable data entry
  • Apply expertise in GL coding to various business segments
  • Audit financial data for discrepancies and rectify any issues promptly
  • Use Great Plains and Sage software for various accounting tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding accounts payable status

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Analyst role or similar position
  • Proven experience with accounts payable GL Coding, 3-way match, batching and matching invoices, and coding to multiple business segments
  • Experience with high volume accounts payable data entry
  • Proficiency in using Great Plains and Sage software
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
