As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant with a smile. This includes executing the MIC Success Routine, ensuring that all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile, being polite and pleasant when speaking with customers, and resolving complaints quickly.
  • Ensure that all employees present a neat and clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
  • Work with urgency and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with coworkers.
Attendance and Punctuality

As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to understand and adhere to the posted work schedule, report to work on time, and be ready to begin tasks. You will also be responsible for accurately recording all hours worked and providing appropriate notice when unable to be at work.

Initiative and Energy

You will be expected to take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required, and maintain a high activity level. This includes actively participating in the training of team members and handling conflicts constructively.

Developing People

You will be responsible for providing regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of team members, providing ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback, and actively participating in the training of team members.
