Senior Relationship Manager Commercial Banking

At ESL, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new commercial banking relationships and managing a portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new business opportunities through disciplined external calling efforts, focusing on companies with revenues in excess of $5 million.
- Network through internal and external business events to expand existing relationships.
- Manage assigned portfolios to ensure retention and expansion of relationships, with a focus on larger, more complex relationships.
- Identify and assess credit opportunities using established ESL underwriting standards and closing requirements.
- Document activities in Nextgen.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent directly related experience and training in aspects of Commercial Banking.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible commercial lending experience, including financial analysis and underwriting, with a minimum of 4 years in a relationship management capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial credit and noncredit products, including SBA products and programs.
- Highly developed time management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We offer a competitive salary range of $136,334 - $171,872, with eligibility to participate in an incentive program. We also offer a hybrid and remote work arrangement, with the option to work up to 40% of the time from home.
