Spirits Industry Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spirits Industry Professional to join our team at Inspira and Enthuse. As an On-Premise Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand and commercial performance across a territory of on-premise accounts for a large portfolio of spirits brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business solutions to drive brand presence and performance in on-premise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account decision makers to provide value and drive long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the Manager, On-Premise Hospitality to leverage industry expertise and agency resources to achieve commercial and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with consumer trends and market insights to inform customer engagement sessions and drive business growth.
- Utilize social media platforms to support brand initiatives and maintain a strong online presence.
- Manage agency initiatives, including budget and expense management, reporting, and performance data tracking.
- Participate in internal training initiatives to deepen knowledge in spirits and hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality industry.
- Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
- Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience is a plus.
- Growing network of industry professionals in market.
- Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
- Interest in growing knowledge in spirits history/production and cocktail culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to tailor communications for a variety of on-premise environments.
- Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Social media fluency.
- Ability to work remotely and travel on an ad hoc basis.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $60,000.00 to $107,000.00 annually, plus bonus potential and full benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, PTO time, and more.
