In this position, you will undertake a range of critical responsibilities that are vital to the smooth functioning of our medical facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries, accurately taking messages, and directing calls as needed.
  • Ensure precise patient registration by gathering essential information and inputting it into our systems with great attention to detail.
  • Respond to patient correspondence and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Regularly update and maintain patient records in accordance with established protocols, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Investigate and resolve patient inquiries and concerns related to their accounts or appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative personnel to guarantee seamless patient care and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Referral Coordination.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to service excellence. Candidates should possess over three years of experience in patient services and have a solid understanding of general medical terminology and various specialty practices.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$26.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours:
40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Monday through Friday.
  • No weekend shifts.

Experience Requirements:

  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Patient service experience: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Medical office experience: 1 year (Required).

Relocation Requirement:

  • Must be willing to relocate before starting work.

Work Location:
