Job Description

Muv Fitness - South Carolina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk, Kids Place, and porter positions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, Kids Place, and porter positions, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing conflicts.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for front desk, Kids Place, and porter staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process monetary transactions, verify employee time cards, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management, staff, and members, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of six months related experience in customer service, operations management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work Environment: This is a full-time position with benefits, requiring the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
