SumnerOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Parts Specialist/Warehouse Coordinator. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and dead stock management.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Ability to perform all duties of a shop supervisor.
