Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor in meeting departmental productivity, quality, service, and financial goals.
  • Provide leadership assistance with daily operations, ensuring all daily objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet department and launch time goals.
  • Direct workflow for the department when the supervisor is unavailable.
  • Train temporary employees and new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, injury-free work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • General warehouse experience preferred, with familiarity with operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 70 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
